Sol-Tint® product range for interior and exterior applications

1. Sol-Tint is the quality pigment Alkyd-based dispersion, based on high quality additives. The dispersion is meant for tinting alkyd architectural paints. Having broad compatibility with binder and other components of different paint systems, the dispersions can be used to tint long and medium oil-based paint systems. It imparts brilliance and vivid chromatic effect to the coatings.
2. Sol-Tint is composed of higher percentage of pigments yet low to moderate viscosity to be easily incorporated into the tinting system without flocculation and re-agglomeration. Selection of pigments have been made to cater end user’s requirement and to withstand extreme climatic conditions of various regions of Pakistan.
3. Sol-Tint dispersions are made up of premium quality pigments that exhibit super fastness properties against weathering, UV and chemicals. Sol-Tint products are made using state of the art dispersion technology and undergo a series of quality tests to be approved & to be awarded a consistent quality. Colors available in organic, inorganic (oxides, lead chromates, metal salts) and black.

House Keeping and Handling Requirements

• Packing:20kg Jerry Can is standard packaging.Intermediate Bulk Container (200kg/IBC) is Available.
• Handlling:Ensure full homogenization of product prior to use.Storage should be above 0°C.

Shelf Life:All products of this range have 2-years shelf life.Before shelf life expiration,our products are tested and case by case,shelf life extensions are possible (For specific questions,please contact us for support).

Sol-Tint® Dispersion – Benefits

1. Sol-Tint® Dispersion is the pigment dispersion in Alkyd Long / Medium / Short Oil (customized) with high performance pigments, respective carrier and a set of additives.
2. Our specialty: We utilized modern dispersion techniques in combination with selection of high performance pigments and top quality additives to produce very finely dispersed pigment paste”Sol-Tint”. Using Sol-Tint dispersions can be beneficial in following ways

1. Productivity: 2 Batches / 8 hrs Shift
2. Note: Over head and wastage in the conventional recipe is:

• Due to three stage production, i.e. Pre mixing, dispersion and final mixing
• Extra Labor, power and machinery required for three stage production
• Wastage involved in all three steps

Where as in case of Sol-Tint only mixing is required with time, power and labor cost saving with at least 2-2.5 times increased productivity
